Introducing employees to Say Hai

A successful introduction starts with good communication. Make sure employees understand:

We suggest using the following examples and adjust them to your organization.

What is Say Hai?

Thanks to AI, the interaction feels more personal, faster, and more human than traditional screens and buttons.

  • Am I available for a shift swap this weekend?

Note: Answering these questions can require specific permissions to be granted to the user.

An overview of the supported features and example questions is also available in the ESS Manual. This page can be accessed directly from ESS by clicking on the information (i) button in the top of the chat window.

How is the ESS Assistant handling my personal data?

Security and privacy have been integrated into Say Hai from the design stage. The assistant operates exclusively within the security boundaries of ESS and has no direct access to databases. Through the ESS Assistant, users will only be able to perform actions or access data they already have access to in the ESS app.

  • Authentication is done via existing security mechanisms
  • Users can only access their own data
  • Conversations are used for quality improvement according to applicable guidelines

More information is available to users in the ESS Manual Disclaimer on Privacy & Data Protection.

How can I provide feedback?

Within the ESS Assistant, you will have the option to give feedback per chat session by clicking on the thumbs up or down button. Optionally, you can provide us with more context.

Because the ESS Assistant uses AI, answers may sometimes differ from expectations. We recommend encouraging employees to provide feedback so the assistant can be continuously improved.
