Check the license
Go to General > Application Management > Modules tab to check the license status.
- Review the maximum number of employees that can be scheduled per month according to the current license.
- Check the expiration date of the current license.
- See how many employees have at least one shift in the current month (in this screenshot, that number seems unrealistically low).
- If the maximum number is exceeded (for example, 3 is more than 1), you can contact your account manager to discuss a license extension.
- If the maximum is 0, this means the license cannot be found. In that case, contact the ORTEC Service Desk.
- If the maximum is not exceeded and not 0, this means the license has expired. A new license must be requested. For this, you can also contact the ORTEC Service Desk.
