How do I handle a warning about the license terms?

Check the license

Go to General > Application Management > Modules tab to check the license status.

  1. Review the maximum number of employees that can be scheduled per month according to the current license.
  2. Check the expiration date of the current license.
  3. See how many employees have at least one shift in the current month (in this screenshot, that number seems unrealistically low).
    • If the maximum number is exceeded (for example, 3 is more than 1), you can contact your account manager to discuss a license extension.
    • If the maximum is 0, this means the license cannot be found. In that case, contact the ORTEC Service Desk.
    • If the maximum is not exceeded and not 0, this means the license has expired. A new license must be requested. For this, you can also contact the ORTEC Service Desk.
