High priority
Is the request high priority, for example if an application is not working at all?
- Then submit a full request via the Customer Portal
- Explain why the priority is high

To assist you as best as possible, we need some basic information with every request. Exactly which information depends on the type of request. Below you will find some examples of common requests along with the basic questions that may apply.
In general, we need the following information:
- Describe the behavior
- Describe the desired behavior
- A concrete example (this varies per type of request)
- Which steps have already been taken to solve the problem
- Recent projects where changes have been made related to this functionality
